What data we collect

When you fill in the demo form, we receive your name, company, email address, mobile number (optional), your sector and your message.

When you email or call us, we process the details you give us yourself.

When you visit the website, our hosting partner keeps technical log files (IP address, time and requested page). They are only used to run and secure the server and are deleted automatically after about two weeks.

Why and on what basis

We only use your data to answer your request, schedule a demo and prepare a quote if needed. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering the questions you ask us.

We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it to third parties.

Who processes your data

The website is hosted by Level27 in Belgium. Messages from the form arrive in our mailbox at Google Workspace. Both parties only process the data on our behalf.

Google may also process data outside the European Union. In that case the safeguards required by the European Commission apply, such as the standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep requests sent through the form and our email correspondence for up to two years after the last contact, unless a customer relationship follows. In that case we keep them as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.

Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and 3D viewers are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit.

YouTube videos and the SeekBeak 360 tour only load when you click them. From that moment the privacy policies of Google (policies.google.com/privacy) and SeekBeak apply. You can read more in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it and have it transferred. Send your request to info@toster.be. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

The website and the form use an encrypted connection (https). Access to your data is limited to the staff who need it to follow up your request.
